    Takara Tomy (タカラトミー, Takara Tomī) is a toy company that was formed on March 1, 2006 through the merger of Takara (Transformers) and Tomy (Zoids), two of Japan's largest toy companies, with Bandai, the largest toy manufacturer in Japan. The surviving company is Tomy. Therefore, the company name Takara is not included in the English copyright notice, but is listed as Tomy Company.
