    A doujinshi convention (同人誌即売会, dōjinshi sokubaikai) is a market where independently produced manga and novels (doujinshi), games and music (doujin software), models and figures (doujin goods), etc. are presented, exhibited and distributed.

    Some events are open to cosplayers, and can be a place for socializing.

    Of course, there are many cases where pixiv users participate.
